The Director of Jumbo Capital Rob Kirk has more than 31 years of experience in property-backed lending, mortgage origination and mortgage management.

We offer a tailored range of privately funded loan products secured by residential and commercial property including residential land.

Application Process

Application Day 1

Run through the Scenario: Reach out to us by phone 1300 859 075 or email applications@jumbocapital.com.au to review the specifics of your proposal. Your application is assessed and when indicatively approved, terms are offered and our checklist issued.

Approval Days 1-2

Loan Proposal Documentation: Once the completed and signed application form, identification, and all required supporting documents are received, we'll prepare and submit your application. Following assessment, the Credit team makes a favourable decision on the application.

Indicative Approval Days 3-4

Indicative Letter of Offer & Valuation: Once the assessment is approved, an Indicative Loan Offer (ILO) will be issued, potentially outlining any review conditions. A valuation quote will also be provided for upfront payment. The signed ILO and payment must be returned before instructions are issued and the valuation report is completed.

Loan Agreement Days 5-9

Loan Agreement then Settlement: When valuation is returned and we have everything, we’ll ask for the quoted legal fee deposit to be paid. Once that’s done, we’ll instruct one of our panel Lawyers to send the loan documents incl the loan agreement(s), mortgage(s), and any other necessary paperwork straight to your nominated legal firm.

Our Financial Solutions

Highest loan amounts and highest LVR non-bank financing to assist with property purchases, loan refinancing, releasing property equity, replacing short-term loans with longer loan-terms, working capital and debt consolidation, meeting ATO obligations and expiring loans.

Some clients may not meet traditional bank requirements, or their funding needs might fall outside standard banking and non-bank lending criteria. Whether financials are incomplete or slightly below servicing thresholds, dealing with newly registered ACN/ABNs, outstanding tax obligations, capital injections or acquisitions, urgent settlement timelines, or the need to reduce opportunity costs, we’re equipped to support a wide range of scenarios. We currently do not offer construction loans.

1st Mortgages

Loans available up-to 90% residential, up-to 75% commercial and up-to 75% vacant land. Acceptable locations include the capitals (except NT) and most major regionals. Amounts from $200k to $30m per property. From 3-36 months.

2nd Mortgages

Loans available up-to 75% residential and up-to 75% commercial. Acceptable locations include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Canberra and most major regionals. Amounts from $400k to $7.5m per property. From 3-36 months.

Property Security

Residential and prestige/luxury homes, vacant land, commercial buildings, industrial factories and retail shops including restaurants and offices. Single-tenant buildings to shopping centres, high street retail, cafes, complexes and more.
